Every plan includes generous usage, with grace built in. If you go over, work carries on — the extra usage is simply billed at the rates below. If overage costs more than the next plan, we'll recommend upgrading.

Do I need a credit card to start my trial?
No. Every trial includes full platform access for 30 days, with no credit card required.
Is F-Gas and compliance tracking included on every plan?
Yes. F-Gas and refrigerant compliance tracking are included on every plan, from Starter upwards — it's core to the platform, not an upsell.
What counts as a Managed Customer?
A customer you have an ongoing relationship with — a service contract, planned maintenance, a call-out agreement or long-term maintenance. A one-off installation customer doesn't use a Managed Customer licence unless they're later converted into a maintenance customer.
How are Managed Assets counted?
Every indoor or outdoor unit you actively maintain counts as one Managed Asset. A customer with 1 outdoor and 2 indoor units is 3 Managed Assets.
How is a Commissioned System counted?
By system, not by job or indoor unit — one outdoor unit, or one refrigeration circuit, equals one commissioned system. A multi-split with one outdoor unit serving six indoor units still counts as one.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Nothing stops — Climexa never blocks an engineer from completing a job. Usage beyond your plan's included amount is simply billed at the overage rate. If overages consistently cost more than the next plan, we'll recommend upgrading.
What's the Commercial Pack?
An add-on covering VRF commissioning, commercial commissioning workflows, multi-building sites and commercial reporting. It's optional on Starter and Professional, and included on Commercial and Enterprise.
Can I change plans as my business grows?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time as your engineers, customer base and usage change.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You can choose the plan that fits your business. There's no obligation to continue and no automatic charge.
