Adding engineers and admins
Give your team their own logins — engineers get the mobile job-card view, other admins get the same office access you have.

Three steps, and they can sign in the moment you're done.
Open Engineers
From the sidebar, open Engineers. Add Engineer creates a mobile-only account for someone doing site work; Add Admin creates another full office login. If someone does both, add them as whichever they mostly are and let them turn on field access from their own profile instead of creating two accounts for one person.
Create their login
Fill in their name, email, and set a temporary password yourself — there's no invite email, so you'll need to pass these details on directly. It needs to be at least 8 characters with one uppercase letter and one number, the same rule as your own password.
They're ready to go
They show up as Active straight away and can sign in immediately with the details you gave them. Their profile tracks total, completed and scheduled jobs as they take them on — use Deactivate any time to cut off access without losing their history, or Delete only if you're sure you won't need it.

Does my engineer get an email invite?
No — you create their login yourself and pass on the email and temporary password directly, however works best for your team.
What's the difference between an Engineer and an Admin login?
An engineer only ever sees their own assigned work orders, on their phone. An admin sees everything — customers, scheduling, billing, settings, all of it.
Can I turn off someone's access without deleting them?
Yes — use Deactivate on their profile. Their job history stays exactly as it was; they just can't sign in until you switch it back on.
Can one person be both an admin and an engineer?
Yes — that's the field-access toggle on their own Profile, not a separate account.
